I’ve arrived at my Vacation Home, who should I contact if I have any questions/concerns?

NextTrip Journeys Support is available 24/7 for any questions that might arise during your stay. They can be reached toll-free at 1-800-255-4266. Please reference important details within the voucher received after booking for supplier/emergency contact information.

I’ve booked my Vacation Home and now have to cancel. What do I do? Who do I contact?

We understand that cancellations happen. Each property has it’s own specific policies that must be adhered to, but, we’re here to help! Please contact NextTrip Journeys Support toll-free at 1-800-255-4266 with any cancellation concerns that might arise. We will do our best to accommodate & resolve your situation with you.

I require special accommodations because of dietary, mobility or other restrictions. Can you accommodate my needs?

NextTrip Journeys will do everything possible to accommodate your requests and needs with the respective partner. Please be sure to outline your specific requests. The sooner that we know that you have a special request, the better we can prepare and accommodate. If you have any mobility challenges, we suggest you bring a travel-mate that can best assist you in the way that you need.

How do I know if I need a Passport and/or Visa for my travel? What are the required documents and forms?

Passport and Visa requirements will be discussed and provided in your itinerary upon booking. If for some reason this has not answered your questions, please call us toll-free at 1-800-255-4266 to speak with a Travel Concierge. We are always happy to help!

Once I’ve begun my trip, who should I contact for help?

As part of your tour package information, we will provide you with contact information for our representative in each destination you are visiting. These representatives should be your first point of contact, however, if you require our assistance, you may contact us at the number provided in your tour package information.

Can I get married in a different country than the country that I am a citizen of?

Yes, you may get married in selected countries in which you are not a citizen. However, there are certain requirements you must meet. Most countries have a residence requirement and the length of time varies. Please let us know ahead of time so we can help you with the requirements necessary for this special event.

I have to cancel the trip I booked, what do I do?

We understand that cancellations happen, as soon as you know that you have to cancel, please call the office at 1-800-255-4266 Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or you can leave a message after hours with your name and a phone number where we can reach you during business hours. We will submit your claim and provide you the information you need to proceed with this process.

What are some common items experienced travelers bring with them?

Don’t forget a small power strip. This is ideal for sharing a crowded outlet in an airport, and a simple way to keep all devices close by once at a hotel. Keep a photograph of your luggage and passport on your smartphone; lose either of them, and you’ll be grateful for the reference. Pack warm clothing, always. You never know when a cool morning or evening will occur.

We are traveling as a group, how can we ensure we have adjoining rooms & tours together?

We know that traveling in groups is very common and that you want to share this special vacation with the additionally booked. At the time of booking, please be sure to advise your Travel Concierge of the names for the additionally traveling. This will help us better accommodate such a request. While we can't guarantee this, with ample time, the chances to accommodate this request are far greater.

Do you do escorted group tours?

We do not do escorted group tours, NextTrip Journeys offers independent tours to more than 40 countries around the world. We use local guides and the itineraries are only for you and your travel partner(s).

Can I make changes to my tour?

Yes, we can customize any of our itineraries or build a completely new one based on your needs, presenting you with a tailor-made program. We offer special and exciting options on our tours and you don't travel with 30 or 40 other people, the itineraries are designed just for you.

What's the benefit of a private tour?

On a private tour, you don't travel on a bus from place to place. Your English speaking local guide will only be taking care of you. You'll have a schedule, but it can be flexible. You're not locked into staying someplace for 3 hours if you're ready to move on after 2.5 hours. Or you can stay for 4 hours if you love it there. You have your guide for a certain number of hours, but during that time, the guide is happy to accommodate you to make sure you're doing what you want. The guide can also recommend places to eat or visit during your free time.
