Introduction to Sydney
Today’s tour is the ideal introduction to Sydney, it includes major highlights and a guided tour of Australia's most iconic building , the Sydney Opera House. Your tour highlights all the city's major landmarks - Darling Harbour, Chinatown, Sydney Opera House, The Rocks, Sydney's birthplace, Parliament House, Hyde Park, St Mary's Cathedral, Art Gallery of NSW and the Domain. You will visit the famous Mrs. Macquarie's Chair for superb views of the harbour and city skyline before heading out of the city through Sydney's red light district Kings Cross. You will travel through the exclusive Eastern suburbs of Double Bay and Vaucluse to The Gap for stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the Heads before arriving at the famous Bondi Beach, one of Australia's favourite beaches. Finally you will return to the city via the historic and trendy suburb of Paddington to the Opera House where you will join a comprehensive guided tour of this famous building.
Blue Mountain National Park
Visit spectacular Blue Mountains and discover Leura village, a delightful blend of groomed gardens and quaint shops. Stop at Echo Point and see the Three Sisters rock formation and hear the ancient Aboriginal legends. Arrive at Scenic World and join the optional Blue Mountain rides - Scenic Railway, Cableway or Skyway. These rides are a great way to see the steep valleys and canyons. Enjoy a short stop at Narrowneck and Cahill Lookouts for lovely mountain scenery. In the afternoon a chance to see cuddly koalas, kangaroos, wombats, dingoes and fairy penguins. Last stop will be Homebush Bay, the venue of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Then you will return to Sydney by coach.
Manly & Northern Beaches
Leaving the city's CBD you will view Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay and then cross the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge onto to Milsons Point for a short stop. At this vantage point you will see spectacular views of the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Then you will enjoy views from Seaforth Lookout and stop at Arabanoo Lookout for a panoramic view of Manly Headland and beyond to the Pacific ocean. Next you will enjoy your time at Manly beach, stroll along The Corso to see the beach that has made Manly famous before heading back to the city via the exclusive and trendy lower north shore suburbs of Mosman and Neutral Bay. You will be dropped off at the pier where you will board your Captain Cook vessel for your Luncheon Cruise. Unwind, relax and enjoy the splendour of Sydney Harbour from the water as you cruise past world famous landmarks such as the Opera House and some of Sydney's exclusive waterfront suburbs
