Puerto Natales is a quaint town located half way between Punta Arenas and Torres del Paine. It is also the arrival point for travelers coming from El Calafate in Argentina. Scenic tours from the town include the Milodon Cave where you can see extinct animal remains of the Pleistocene Era, the National Park Bernardo O’Higgins, Torres del Paine National Park and boat tours to the Balmaceda Glacier.
